No Romans, no Badenweiler: Roman settlers discovered thermal springs in this region in the year 70 AD. They founded a settlement and built an imposing bath house. The Romans stayed 190 years until Germanic tribes took over the region. Our Roman rooms, located on the top floor, tell the stories of these emperors. Each room is dedicated to a Roman emperor who reigned in Rom during the 190 years Badenweiler was a Roman settlement. To honor these emperors, we spared no expensive when decorating our rooms. Modern, elegant, with a comfortable box spring bed and a backlit portrait of ‘your’ emperor.

22 sq. m large, on the fourth floor, furnished balcony, beautiful view of the park, renovated in 2011 with modern, high quality designer furniture. Bathroom with shower, hair dryer, vanity mirror, box spring double bed (180 x 200 cm), desk with a portrait of an emperor, seating area, minibar, safe, telephone, large flat screen satellite TV.
It is possible to accommodate a small child in the parents’ double bed.

Featuring the same amenities and furniture as the double rooms our studios are located across from, these rooms are 33 sq. m larger. Our studios feature an open plan set up with a visually separated second living/bed room, a second bathroom, and a second balcony.
It is possible to accommodate a small child in the parents’ double bed and a second child in a roll-away bed.
